In your Hierarchy, make sure all of your subforms are included in the parent page 1 subform (by default this is named "(untitled Subform) (page 1)"). If the subforms you've built are within separate 'page' subforms, they will not flow upward how you want.Typically, I start building lengthy forms wit...

In case someone else has this issue, it looks like changing the data binding of the signature scribble field to 'use name...' worked.

I have a fillable form for operations teams to sign-off on reviewing procedures, etc. The form has a table set up with a button to add new rows so multiple employees can sign, and a separate manager signature field at the bottom. All signatures are 'Signature Scribble' fields, as our legal departmen...

Select your 'user' signature field; in the Object panel, go to the Signature tab and uncheck the 'lock fields after signing' box.You can also choose to have the user signature lock only a selection of fields.

Hi Casey,You may have already done this; check your Signature tab in the Object panel and ensure your fields do not have 'lock fields after signing' selected. It is selected by default when you add a signature field. You can use this tab to have each signature field lock a selection of fields, all fi...

My company is divided into separate units across North America that have varying levels of server access and different types of software. One particular unit had this exact problem. We tried everything we could think of, and the only solution we found was to save it as a 'Static' form, rather than '...

You should be able to use the Action Builder to set this up for each field you need controlled. You would create a new action, 'When XXX is changed', select the result 'enable or disable a field' and choose the same field (XXX). You might also be able to set the action to disable an entire subform, ...

Looks like you're covered, so just a note:I work for a company with roughly 2200 employees. There are only 3 of us who have Adobe LiveCycle installed directly on our individual computers (not through the company server). I build and edit fillable PDF forms with it, and general users open/fill them w...

In case others have this issue, what I ended up doing was creating a new blank form, then copying my whole page/subform (JHA), and pasting it into the new form. Everything aligned properly, but I had to rebuild all my actions.
