Ever since I upgraded to Adobe Acrobat X I have no preview tab.  I have tried to find the solution to this and it all seems to point to having my Internet preferences set to display PDF is browser.  That is my setting but I still cannot preview my forms.

I have a form with a field that is a decimal field marked "read only".  It has a formula in it that is calculated so I would like for the tab order to simply skip over this field.  They cannot enter anything into the field. Is this possible?
