Link format looks fine .Is this issue happening with all asset types like jpeg , png , or image formats or specify formats like pdf or zip etc? Can you try on different asset .Also , please make sure that the asset is NOT EXPIRED as for expired assets it will show blank as above.

This is in assets view which is new author assets UI where we cannot configure any other metadata column other then what's configurable. This is not possible. And even on click on author view you can not see exact count of assets within folder as assets lazy load as user scrolls to avoid slowness and performance issue.  Better to take the disk usage / file report OOTB AEM - and check which folder has no assets and clean them up. Idea...

On author it gives both results (doc and pdf) without doing any changes On new cloud prod instance. Issue is only on publisher with ASC.
