I have a person setting me up with an entitlement service for my AEM app and they are asking me for my Integrator ID.  they are saying I have to obtain that from Adobe in order to get the Entitlement service to work.  How do I go about getting an Integrator ID?

I have rather large articles with many pages.  How do I make it so when a user touches the article while viewing to bring up options it also brings up the small page thumbs along the bottom to scroll through and select/navigate? So basically I have to continue the headache of having 2 different InDesign apps? Do you know if they will keep the DPS tools around for CC2014 or be dropping them in the future?  I'd hate to lose the tools one day without there being a solution for us little guys (non-enterprise).
