I have a document (dynamic but not interactive) with the first choice subset that contains 8 paragraphs any one of which needs to print. I have wrapped these paragraphs as subforms in a choice subset and based upon a value in another field passed in one of these paragraphs should print. Javascript reads PARA.value == 1; for paragraph one, PARA.value == 2; for paragraph 2, etc. however no matter what value is passed into the template, paragraph one always prints. What am I forgetting? This happen...

Sachem, I want to thank you for your time and effort. I found a work around. Using the older get value in FormAugmenterService and the read application asset to convert those string values to document values I was able to resolve my issues. The printing issue was simply finding the correct combination of values for our printer network.Once again, I thank you.Linda

I am trying to set up a universal process to create printed documents from data submitted via a watched folder. The file arrives in the folder fine. My process accepts the data the way it should but when I try to set the variables in the process from my xml input, I cannot. The process properties says nothing selected. The Set Value service is running. We have a very abbreviated version of Live Cycle ES4 with only Forms and Output purchased. Any suggestions or help with this would be appreciated...

We are going from the evaluation copy to our licensed test environment. We have Microsoft Server 2008 R2, WebLogic and SQL as our environment.Everything looks like it should however I cannot deploy, undeploy or create a new application from Work bench. I have tried the solution offered in FAQs for Workbench for the RepositoryProviderService, that did not resolve my problem. The error received when trying to create a new application was "Failed to create application, Please check if application ....

Again all indications on workbench, the server, and the adminui console say that Live Cycle 11.0.0 ES4 is installed in both places. So Questions in Part B are yes and yes, although ES3 has been uninstalled and then ES4 was reinstalled on the server. ES3 and ES4 workbenches were uninstalled and ES4 was reinstalled for workbench. What’s stuck?Linda

The version of Live Cycle on the server is ES4. All registry entries, and direct login to the server as well as the adminui link to the Administrators console indicate ES4 is installed. The workbench version is also ES4.
