AEM does not offer out-of-the-box capabilities to perform such image edits !!

Whenever an image is clicked and the edit option is selected, all the necessary libraries should be loaded to allow the user to make minor corrections to the image. If it’s not possible to provide full image editing capabilities, at least consider allowing users to add borders or polygons to images....
