I was able to get the permissions to open a new support case and have submitted one with this info. I’ll post back here when I hear back. 

I tried this morning to do this and got two errors when moving the project to the correct folder (folderID is required, and Error: Request failed with status code 400).

I noticed this started happening yesterday to a colleague and me (separate computers, networks, and countries).
