Yes, I have tried clearing cache and cookie data, signed in as other users, and tried incognito window as well. This seems to be the only way I can upload a new version as of right now.
We noticed today that you can no longer upload a new version straight from a proof. Has anyone else noticed this change this morning? I did find a work around but the documentation is not updated in Experience League and there was no notice given of this change.
Has anyone started noticing this pop-up message on tabs that they leave open and then come back to after only a few seconds?I will click out of the tab and then come back to it only a few seconds later. This is quite annoying.
Just realized you said Planner, you can also do this in Planner by clicking the gear icon in the upper right hand corner - see screenshot. Hope this helps you out!
Joe I think the best method and what I have used in the past is to pull a report for these different objects. You can select all and then edit/attach the custom form. See screenshots as examples. That would be my suggestion based off of what you are saying.
Have you submitted a ticket yet to support? Just wondered as I have had several users experiencing the same thing and wanted to reference a ticket number if so. Hoping they fix this soon because we might have to consider other options outside of Workfront.
