I just checked and I'm seeing the same thing! I verified we don't have our 'New' request status equate with in progress too. It seems like it might be a glitch?

oh in the setup area itself? I think that would depend on their license type and access level. you might be able to just attach the custom form to a demo project and share that with them though?

Is the user able to view/access the object where the custom form lives? If the custom form is attached to a project are they able to view the project, just not the form?
