But if the data is not enabled for a RTCP how can it be used in batch audience management? Only the data from RTCP is taken into consideration while doing audiences

I have got two questions regarding Alerts:1. Is it possible to set up Email Alert that some Data Ingestion workflow failed etc? Do you know any workaround?2. How to set up custom Alert? I do not see that in my UI. I am admin in my env
