I have got two questions regarding Alerts:
1. Is it possible to set up Email Alert that some Data Ingestion workflow failed etc? Do you know any workaround?
2. How to set up custom Alert? I do not see that in my UI. I am admin in my env

For Email Alerts for Data Ingestion Failures, AEP doesn't support direct email alerts for ingestion failures. Workarounds include using Adobe I/O Events for notifications, setting up scheduled queries or dashboards for monitoring, or automating email alerts with APIs and tools like Zapier.
For Custom Alerts, If custom alerts aren't visible in the UI, you can check admin permissions or contact Adobe support to enable this feature. or, you can use Adobe Launch or APIs approach to create external monitoring and alerting solutions.

Hi @Michael_Soprano Yes, you have option while setting up the destination. Please see if you are looking around these,
One more option under the activated destination,
Refer the below steps here
1. Configure Event Subscriptions:
Access the Adobe Developer Console: Open the Adobe Developer Console and navigate to your project.
Add an Event: Select "Add to Project" then "Event".
Filter by Experience Platform: Select "Experience Platform" as the event provider.
Select Platform Notifications: Choose "Platform notifications" as the event type.
Choose Event Types: Select the specific events you want to receive notifications for, such as "Sources Flow Run Success" or "Sources Flow Run Failure".
Configure Webhook (Optional): You can configure a webhook to receive notifications via a URL. If you don't need webhook notifications, you can skip this step.
Save Events: Save your configured events.
2. Configure Alerting in the UI:
Navigate to Sources: Go to the Sources workspace in the Adobe Experience Platform UI.
Manage Dataflows: Select the dataflow you want to monitor.
Configure Alerts: In the dataflow configuration, locate the alerts section.
Subscribe to Alerts: Enable the alerts for the dataflow, such as "Flow Run Success", "Flow Run Failure", or "Ingestion Delay".
Set Email Preferences: Ensure your Adobe Experience Platform account is set up to receive email notifications. You can typically enable this in your account settings or within the specific alert configuration.
3. Manage Alert Subscribers (Optional):
Access Alert Subscribers:
Navigate to the "Alerts" section in the Experience Platform UI, and then to the "Manage Alert Subscribers" page for the relevant alert.
Hope this helps,
Thanks,
Bala
