I haven't seen this ability anywhere and I think it's the number one reason why my team can't fully switch over to the asset view is missing those custom filters.

We have the same issue because our Adobe Express and Content Hub are on two separate Adobe admin console organizations. And unlike AEM, Content Hub does not yet let you do cross-organization configuration for Adobe Express.
