I have done some searching and I can not find the documentation on giving access through tagging in comments. Am I correct in thinking that you can only give View access this way? Or is there any other sharing access you can give by tagging users in updates? 

@SejalRaj -when a timesheet profile is assigned to users it should autogenerate the timesheet each week. If you are unable to assign the timesheet profile to a user I would reach out to your system administrator to review access or update the user's profile. 

Hi @markTwo - unfortunately, it is not possible to update the field from form to form - any changes you make will reflect everywhere the field is used. If you wanted to only have two choices visible on Form two, you would need to create a new field.
