Hi Kevin -  For Event Notifications you can update the subject line of the email under Setup -> Email -> Notifications, but not the body of the email.

I like this idea. I always copy an existing user when possible, but always had the idea of creating a fake user as a template - but hate the idea of a extra 'user' in the system!
