system generated emails

If possible, we would be interested in modifying the information included on Workfront's system-generated emails that are sent to our team when a request is entered.

Hi Kevin - 

For Event Notifications you can update the subject line of the email under Setup -> Email -> Notifications, but not the body of the email.
