From my understanding it only counts against their approval limit if an approval is actually sent to them, if they are just a reviewer it should not count - but I would do a test to make sure. 

Thanks for all the suggestions! Unfortunately these templates have upwards of 750 tasks with multiple custom forms of data, so manual auditing would be difficult. We are instead just going to lock down the templates to just view and have Fusion do any and all updating.

Hello -  Having a complete brain freeze on how the scheduled refresh timing works and can't find an answer when searching. If I schedule a refresh for Thursday - does that mean it will be completed on Thursday or will it occur on Thursday night and be refreshed for Friday?  Thanks!

Yes, you can set the default view by selecting Lists (under Customize what the user sees) in Layout Templates. Project Templates can customize projects with the correct tasks, custom forms, assignments, etc..., but they do not customize how the user sees that information.
