If there is only one custom form on the user's profile you should be able to filter by Category ID. Or if I have multiple forms, I sometimes find it easier to find a field that is only found on the form (and is filled out) and then do a field is not blank in the filter. 

Good catch! I removed the form with the external lookup field too and the error is gone, will have the support team look into this. 

I thought it was just queues with topics included, since two without topics didn't have the error, but then those starting having issues too. I did submit a support ticket. 

@PagidalaGu3 - a note that I am also having this problem right now too, might be a Workfront issue.

Adding of Template Tasks once a certain task has been completed or task approval made, allowing for different directions of the project based on previous actions. Move files to AEM once loaded to a certain folder in the project.

I have done some testing in the past, but unsure now of the result I got and my new testing it causing me to go in circles!  In requests/issues, does the user see their Home Group Statuses or the Statuses of the Group that is assigned to the Project Request Queue?   

Hi Eric -  Within the Report builder (Report Actions -> Edit) you should see an option to add a Chart (top menu right below the report name) from there you can setup a Pie or Bar Chart.
