Hi @DebraBe1 , I have already done this as part of my continuous improvement: after the request or issue is closed, an email will be sent out to the requester with the link to a custom form that will be attached to the request or issue. This is only possible using fusion
Heather, Thank you for your response. either of my basic or dynamic boards, the estimation field will not sync to task plan hours. Not sure if this is a but or if they have not added this function yet.
Is the estimation field in dynamic boards in sync with the planned hours of the connected task? I tried to add numbers in the estimation field but am not updating the planned hours in the task.
Hi Madalyn, thank you for your response. Yes, I was able to add a new custom status; however, I want to have a cancelled status that equates to the same, and I believe the only way to achieve that is to add "Cancelled" to native status. Do we have ways to add more native statuses?

How do we put a custom URL in a custom form? I'm trying to add the URL of the task overview in the custom form using this expression, but it's not giving me anything. CONCAT(‘‘https://<domain>.my.workfront.com",“/”,“task/”,ID,"/overview’’)
