Boards estimation field

Is the estimation field in dynamic boards in sync with the planned hours of the connected task? I tried to add numbers in the estimation field but am not updating the planned hours in the task.

    I actually just did this for the first time this afternoon. I added a number to the estimation field and when I refreshed the task, that same number is in the Planned Hours field.

    Oh, wait. I was not using dynamic boards - that could be the difference.

    Heather, Thank you for your response. either of my basic or dynamic boards, the estimation field will not sync to task plan hours. Not sure if this is a but or if they have not added this function yet.
