@SatheeskannaK  Thanks for your reply. Adobe had to do some back-end provisions from Target side to get this enabled.

This is working fine after we passed an actual email rather than 'email' in step : (  In Trigger profile entrance pop up , entered 'Email' in Profile identifier. Clicked Send.) Thanks @Mohan_Dugganab for your inputs.
