en_SA locale is not availble in availableLocales list java , is there any other list to check for en_SA?

I'm using LocaleUtils.isavailableLocale to check if locale is valid or not it's working for few locales but for en_SA it's showing as invalid locale and en_SA is not present in available locales list. Is there any other list which contains en_SA as locale.Thanks in advance.

Hi Team,I'm trying to to get grids of 8 column in aem on mobile and tablet view by using grid.less, I tried  adding max-col to 8  for mobile and tablet media's but it's not working is there any other way to do this.Thanks in advance
