Hi @ShawnFl - We usually accomplish this through a custom form dropdown on the request (rejection/cancellation reason, sub-status, etc.). We usually put this in a "Team Name Only" section so everyone knows who is supposed to be updating the fields too.

Hi @thonewton - Correct, unfortunately there isn't a way to show schedule holidays on the personal time off calendar. You're also spot on in the best workaround, which is creating a calendar and showing both user time off and schedule holidays.
