  • Ah, unfortunately, no. Calculated fields can't pull up information to a custom form (only possible on reports). You could probably explore a Fusion scenario if worthwhile to write the information into the custom form from the task.

  • Hi @WF_Admin_Dell_Tech - The above is a collection text mode, which on an hours report the only collections available are for objectCategories and parameterValues. Collection text modes usually work better at the top of the object hierarchy (ex. project) to pull information up from objects below it ...

  • Hi @Ryzan99 - This should work, but let me know if not: group.0.enumclass=com.attask.common.constants.TimelinePriorityEnum group.0.enumtype=PROJ group.0.linkedname=direct group.0.namekey=priority group.0.type=enum group.0.valuefield=documentVersion:document:project:priority group.0.valueformat=val t...

  • Hi @KerriWe1 - Are you referencing a field or a picklist option? A picklist option is still able to be hidden, which matches the previous functionality. If you mean a field itself, that isn't able to be hidden, which matches the old functionality. What must people do though is create an Admin Only s...

  • Hello Community! I'm looking for some text mode help:   1. I want to concatenate values from multiple fields, but when a user selects one option and then another, Workfront concatenates the values from both fields (it's not a multi-select). Does anyone have a workaround to choose only the value from...

  • Hi @AdamCnote - You could consider using Fusion to write dates into a custom form field on the program, but one OOTB solution we have used is creating a program report and then using a collection text mode to write in the start and end dates of the projects, an example is below. If you paste in a co...

  • @R_Kephart - Unfortunately, due to the way the to do list is structured, I don't believe it's recoverable. It may be worth a call to Support to be extra sure on that though. It also may be a good suggestion to post in Ideas that To Do List items should be recoverable.

  • I thought it was just me on #1! I am also having a problem with the selection not being saved and it defaulting to project instead when I create a new custom form.

  • @Pat_Paterson - Ditto what Skye said below, BUT depending on your use case, you can make it seem like there are multiples of a field on a form. You can utilize Label and Name and have it set similar to the below. The label being what shows to end-users. If you need to pull the results from the multi...

  • Hi @BillZ-123 - This might be a good question to reach out to your Account Rep at Adobe about. More than likely though, you will probably just need to go through and wipe the POC materials. You could do a lot of that in bulk though through reports, might even be worth checking out a clean up dashboa...
