Hi @bfg - Unfortunately, the conditional formatting in Workfront only allows for one condition to be entered. Might be worth looking through the Ideas page and upvoting a similar topic, or if it doesn't exist adding it in. Dual condition reporting would definitely be beneficial!

Hi @VanNucks - A task on the project is assigned to a user and it has hours, correct? Is there also a duration for that task? Hours won't show in the Workload Balancer if there is no duration associated. Hope that helps but let me know if I understood the problem incorrectly!

So, the status (unfortunately) can't be changed if approved; it can only be changed if Rejected. Yeah, the custom message is really just meant to be shown in the email that triggers notifying someone that they have been added to a proof. Might be something to add to Ideas if you want to see this more prominently in Workfront itself.
