On Planner, you can Export too, but both have a (very small) link option on the right that allows you to grab a shareable link. They could always go to the Resource Tools directly, but this has helped me in the past because it's less clicks.  

Hi @JerryWu - On the request queue project, you can enable Job Role or Teams to show as options in the Assignments box of the request queue.  

Just as a quick heads up, I think you added this under Questions instead of under Ideas

Is it a project report? If so, what about using the Project > Approvers and Status column instead. This way you can see all approvers added and the status. Maybe I'm reading your approach incorrectly.
