  • Hi @sethuanand2626 - If you're a System Admin, you should be able to go to Proofing in the Waffle Menu and then you can go to Contacts in the Proofing Tool area, select the contacts, and then choose to Export to CSV. Hope that helps!

  • Hi @RyanMcGee - The "My Folders" on your screenshot isn't technically a folder, so that's why it is not shareable. If you go to Add New > Folder and create a folder, it will go in that section, and then you can share it out 

  • Hi @ShawnFl - We usually accomplish this through a custom form dropdown on the request (rejection/cancellation reason, sub-status, etc.). We usually put this in a "Team Name Only" section so everyone knows who is supposed to be updating the fields too.
