I agree with the other responses - i always just use Occurences.You may also be able to open a client care ticket to ask about specific server call #'s though

That seems to be our interpretation given the huge and sudden influx of traffic that doesn't do 'secondary actions' like clicking, scrolling, submit leads, etc.

This is the out of box Visit num, and not the ECID in an eVar, but Adobe's out of box Visitor ID.
