To John Schurter:Here's a workaround I use all the time: copy and paste the document link on the update. I paste the download link so that whoever received the update via email can just click on the link and download the document.

This is a great idea. That way we don't have to send emails insetad of Workfront updates whenever there are images we need to share.

This is especially useful when commenting on multiple projects using the bulk edit option. Sometimes I want to send out the same comment for projects with different Project Owners but don't necessarily know who the Project Owners are.
