Fill "Actual Completion Date" when a Project is Cancelled

When a Project's status is changed to Cancelled, everything seems to point to the fact that the project is done with. As per the system setup, this status equates with "Dead". However, the "Actual Completion Date" is not filled for that project. It is also left blank for the originating issue, when the project was converted from an issue. This causes confusion in reports when cancelled projects are analyzed, because there is no record of an actual completion date.


Please fix this.
