Yes... this has been a longtime necessity for me. This would help eliminate those objects which are not used or even unify them into less objects.

Filtering by read or unread would be such a good feature to have. Please include it in the Announcements inbox, as well.

Currently, only the Last Login Date of a user can be viewed. It would be nice to know when was the last time a user logged in through the Web browser as well as from the mobile app. This would provide better business intelligence and help us promote mobile app usage.

I don't see how this would be necessary or helpful. Only system admins should be able to send Announcements. Simlple: the team admin you mention should send regular updates to the desired users, groups and teams.

I don't agree with this. Users should be able to manage their own notification preferences because, after all, they are responsible for their actions. If a user decides to turn off notifications, they must be aware of the consequences that might bear. Good initiative, though.
