Tag the Project Owner when posting a comment

This is especially useful when commenting on multiple projects using the bulk edit option. Sometimes I want to send out the same comment for projects with different Project Owners but don't necessarily know who the Project Owners are. E.g. it would be useful to use a Wild Card, such as $$PROJECT.OWNER.
