Vazgen - as you know I am a huge supporter of the "Subject' change ;-) -- Just not this way, especially with no communication. A few of our more seasoned groups have user guides that call out Subject. And as many have hinted at above... many user's have entered their name. and not to pile onto this ...

Besides these issues which should have been caught in QA ;-) Does anyone feel the navigation with-in the ticket is very poor? Has any one seen any oddity issues with the Workfront plugin for Outlook and o365 Outlook? When activated - and the user selects SAML login, the browser window pops up like it should and will say Successfully Logged. But the Plugin still shows the log screen with SAML details populated - but doesn't...

Outside of using Fusion (which I'd say would be overkill here) you can't really share data between the two instances. But pending your security and safety level – you can create accounts for them on your instance and assign work. Obviously this would eat up a license... but again... John Seitz DTCI ...

I'd "settle" on the ability to have - custom field aliasing on a form so that the field names can more direct and to the point. When you have an enterprise wide instance of 2k+ users from many departments some field names become very UGLY - ability to rename SUBJECT from the request queue page.......
