  • It's preferred that Workfront doesn't push these integrations on our users. As mentioned above, some of these integrations don't work as expected - the Adobe CC & MS Outlook integrations aren't as robust as one might hope they would be. For example - Last I checked, the Adobe CC integration has wh...

Upvoting but would really like to see this as a data set element instead.

How has this not been handled? A "Sign me up" type of feature button to assign oneself to a task and a "Get Started" type of button seems simple enough. Tons of votes for this one - what's going on??? I'm not even sure that it really needs to be configurable if users were provided with a two-button ...

I actually mentioned something about this to a Support agent yesterday afternoon. I think you're on the right track, but what if Workfront instead made it to where a Proof Owner could resolve Comments without unlocking the proof?I feel like the proof should be locked for comments either way to avoid...

  • Is this already in the Idea Exchange somewhere? I can't seem to find it, but I would think that someone would have posted this by now. Jason DAquin

Though we're broken into smaller teams, we like to have "Agile" meetings from a larger, multi-team view point. It'd be very helpful to be able to do this in Workfront without pulling up individual teams within the larger team.

I think the solution would probably be to not approve the proof until there has been an answer. Many workflows are setup to automatically lock after approval so that the proof submitter isn't left wondering if more comments are coming after the route is completed. I do, however, think that one shoul...

I've heard a frequent complaint from users that when they try to proof documents with more than 20-30 pages, they have a hard time confirming with themselves which pages have actually been reviewed. We need a feature to be able to "check off" pages that have been proofed by the user, so that they kn...

Sometimes the users who don't have access to create automated workflows create a custom workflow that they just need for 2-4 projects. Instead of having to go back to the planners/admins to create an automated workflow just for that small subset of projects, why not allow the user to re-use a workfl...

I regularly use the Auto-Compare function in ProofHQ, and occasionally I run into the issue where I need to compare two documents that are both 200-300 pages. Typically, there are only minor differences between the two documents, encompassing only a small percentage of the pages. It is very time con...
