Sometimes the users who don't have access to create automated workflows create a custom workflow that they just need for 2-4 projects.
Instead of having to go back to the planners/admins to create an automated workflow just for that small subset of projects, why not allow the user to re-use a workflow when operating within the same subfolder?
Instead of bogging down the Automated Workflows with workflows which are essentially "one-offs", let the user create their workflow on the first upload, and then re-use the workflow on subsequent uploads within the same subfolder.
Just to clarify - I'm not asking that current automated workflows be replaced with this method - only supplemented with it.
