"New Home Experience" widgets that can function as more general reports instead of just "my stuff".
Why is this feature important to you -
This feature would enable end users to more easily manage both their work and the work of direct reports. This would also enable users to pull in report information without a deep understanding of the reporting mechanism or needing higher access.
How would you like the feature to work -
The functionality would be exactly as it is, but instead of only applying to the user viewing the widget, it could also be toggled to filter objects associated with direct reports or other objects that that user has view access to.
Example: We have a user that would like to use the "My Tasks" widget to filter down to their direct reports tasks for an easy one stop shop experience instead of having to have an admin make a report that would pull them away from the home screen where all of their other data is.
Current Behaviour -
Only applies to the user that is viewing the widget and cannot be adjusted via a filter to pull in more information that would be useful to that user. Currently the feature is very nice for self contained operations, but could be much more robust in how we utilize it and plan for work.
