I  haven't tried this but the first thing I would try is to put the powerpoint on Sharepoint (or some cloud sharing thing) and then make an interactive proof. I wonder if that would work?

If the design team uploads the proof, where would they put it if there is no request to attach it to? Your way adds steps, and the way it is currently adds steps. They need a login and some semblance of a layout template to submit requests via the website. What I would like is for non-licensed reviewer licenses to be able to upload a proof, make edits on it and then submit the request to make the edits on their proof.

Cross project predecessors still don't generate a working link to the other project. Very frustrating. Anybody heard about this lately?
