  • Hi Brian, Ah that's actually the beauty of WF's design in this case. You don't need a wildcard or anything. You just create the report and filter on what you want (i.e. Tasks scheduled for this week). When the reports (in the dashboard) appear in the tab in the project. It inherently filters on that...

  • Ahhhh, that's what I didn't catch. I thought you had created the column with a field as opposed to in the report. Unfortunately I don't think you can do that. I tried some text mode in the filter but couldn't get it to work. I think the problem is the field isn't established in the database so WF is...

  • To piggy back on to Doug's idea, you can use one ID per vendor and use an email distribution list (DL) for each vendor that contains all the vendor's folks. Then tagged comments will go to all of them.

But it won't prepopulate the selections so you'll have to spell out the selection you wan (Missing). But I don't see you setting this field to Missing in thi...

  • Absolutely. Create a Task Report, go to the Filter tab, type in your field name, Equals, and start typing Missing and it'll display your field selections. Just choose the one(s) you want. And in the View tab ensure you see the columns you want to see. You can Filter, View, and Group on virtually any...

  • Hi Mavis, Dashboards are simply a way to group and view a set of reports in one sitting (without having to open 6 different reports or try to find them). So your reports below are a good example to put in a dashboard, then everyone has one stop shopping to see them all. We do something similar and p...
