  • Hi Roy, You would actually do Task Reports (and display the Project Name in the View) - Tasks Completed Last Week & Tasks Scheduled for This Week (which includes any past open tasks). Screen shots show the filters of each report. You would add additional filters: · By a certain Project Owner, or cre...

  • Hi Catherine & Lauren, That's certainly a great solution (and probably one I would choose as well so I can track and update that buffer). But for others this might help save you some heartburn on the Lags. I believe the issue here is WF doesn't like a Lag stated in Weeks (w). I think it'll work if y...

  • Hi Vicky, The Team ID is a different field than the Assigned To ID. Even though they both show up under an Assignment column they are two different fields. Take a look for Team ID in that Task. It's referring to the assigned team.

  • Hi Catherine, Can you provide a screen shot that includes the Predecessor and Task Constraint columns? I just did something similar and might be able to help if I can see it.

  • Hi Ashley, What we've done in those situations is create a new WF ID and in the email address of the profile enter an email Distribution List (DL) that contains the multiple addresses. Hope that helps.

  • Thanks Doug! Actually we dreamed up another solution that works. So we don't NEED to do this. If you already had something I'm sure it would still be useful down the road, but I don't want you to burn any cycles on my account. I just found a different way to solve my problem and successfully tested ...

  • LOL. Yeah I think an exists or contains statement would be appropriate but I'm not sure of the field and join statement to interrogate. The combinations I've tried don't seem to be working. To be sure, you guys only get a question from me after I've exhausted the big brains here (I'm fortunate enoug...

  • OK now for the extra bonus question. This gets me the list in a View. But I'm actually trying to Filter to find all Issues that have a Primary Contact that is on a certain Team. So I'm starting in the Issue Object. I'm looking for the Other Teams (really All teams) of the Primary Contact for a speci...

  • Hi Tim, I don't believe so. But there's definitely a way to do it in Excel if that's what you're exporting to. I'd have to look it up to refresh my memory, but let me know if that's useful to you.
