  • Hi Andy, We haven't gotten to that level of sophistication yet, but if we do, I would simply create fields in a Project level custom form and state the goals and the results there. Then you can create a project report on all those fields.

  • Hi Janine, Unfortunately not at this time in native WF. Not sure if it's on the horizon, but there was a time we couldn't even get to the 1st level manager, so there is a chance they do a feature upgrade. The only way to do it currently is via an API. Sorry.

  • Yeah we had a similar issue. We also wanted to be able to take information from PeopleSoft (and now ADP) to bring into a profile by default. So we created an API integration to onboard and offboard WF ID's for us. It works great and saves me a TON of time manually adding and removing people.

  • Yeah. It also says In Trouble when I first create a project. It's been like that for the 6 years we've had WF. So basically we don't use that field at all. We change the Condition Type to Manual and the Condition to On Target. And we use a custom field to display our project condition.
