Ah, then it's out of my area of expertise but I suspect you should follow up with your IT Infrastructure Tech as it might be related to how they apply the SSO (unrelated to Workfront). This is an informed guess though on my part. Maybe someone else here has a more concrete answer.

Hi Sherrie, If you look at their profile you should be able to uncheck the box that forces SSO. You'll have to set a password for them and they would login using a login and password (like I assume they were doing before). That should work. But let me know if you have trouble.

Hi James, I don't know if there is a field to tell that. But I haven't found it important anyway. You're always on the latest release. We all move forward together. So there's not one company on 19.2 and another on 19.3 or 4. We're all on the latest, which is 19.4 now. Hope that helps.

Hi Jessie, We don't do it a lot, but as others stated you shouldn't lose any data. The queue topic basically just controls routing and assignment. Your requests and their data are still in tact wherever you have them landing (i.e. a landing project or the queue project itself). They'll be untouched....

I'm with you. I would break it into multiple tasks (1 per shoot day or whatever makes sense). Even if Workfront can do this, I suspect it would be more arduous for everyone than creating separate tasks.
