Hi, Kelly. Have you tried creating a report for each business unit that shows what requests are currently opened or closed within their area?

Right now, only data shows....no visuals.

We have request queue that has time stamp of when incidents happen. It would be nice to have time field within chart reports.

Request Type field normally suffices as title of request form. Would be great to have Subject field as optional.

Would be nice to have nickname field field added. We have many Users that have abbreviated names.

When you are added to a team and you create a task in My Work area, all team members inherit viewability. That should not be default. Ad Hoc tasks are personal tasks not to be shared or assigned to the team.
