Right now, only data shows....no visuals.

Agreed. This is especially important when the point of the report is the chart. Any users who check online see the chart but when they get it in email - no chart. And I can't give a good answer when asked why.

Can you include an option to disable display logic in a Custom Form, in the event you make an error and need to fix it quickly?

Add links to requests and projects, so I can associate another project or request and get navigate between the 2.
