Single Sign On ~ Add Nickname Field

agree - this request is also in the People - Teams

we need this also. People are so frustrated that they cant use their AKA name.

This is a big challenge for us with global users and makes it difficult to communicate and ensure we are tagging the right people to projects. Having a nickname would solve those challenges for Asia Pacific colleagues.
