Re: Revamp Timesheet Section UI - Workfront 14-04-2022
Logging into One.Workfront.com for ideas, it states on the screen "We're listening", but it certainly doesn't seem like it. Darren Harper is exactly correct in that a simple code change to have "Back to Timesheets" make more sense would aid our end users, but in reality it would immensely aid WF Admins. I get calls and tickets all the time of "how do I get to my old time sheet?" WF (Adobe) are you listening now? The changes that have been going on over the last six months to a year have increase...

Re: Fusion Ignore - can Fusion notify me when an error has occurred? - Workfront Fusion 2.0 07-02-2022
Well so far I've not had an error so no notification has been sent, but also, this means the scenario has processed 3000+ records and I didn't get email bombed. I'm guessing it'll only send when the error occurs, which of course is what I want it to do.

Re: Fusion Ignore - can Fusion notify me when an error has occurred? - Workfront Fusion 2.0 04-02-2022
Thank you Andy and actually this is sort of funny timing. I was just doing that and figured I'd better go in and remove my post, but you beat me to it. It's sort of a backward way of doing it compared to what I've done in the past in scripting and workflows. Typically the error handler, then the action needed where here the error handler is last, and the action to take if there's an error is prior. Weird, but it is what it is. I've got to get test it now and make sure I don't end up with 3000+ e...

Fusion Ignore - can Fusion notify me when an error has occurred? - Workfront Fusion 2.0 03-02-2022
I'm using a WF module to read data from a CSV file. On occasion there are errors in the data in the file so the WF Module will fail. I add an ignore module from the Tools to keep the WF module to continue processing the remaining data. The ideal thing would be to have the entry of data be accurate so this does not occur, however that's wishful thinking. The problem is I would also like to know when an error occurs. The Ignore module does not provide the capability to connect to a WF module for n...

Re: Help with Search Module limits - Workfront Fusion 2.0 24-01-2022
Thank you Andy, this helps a great deal and also thank you for the quick response. I was thinking I needed the Fusion search but now I understand a bit more about what I need to try next. This'll be done through Fusion and no API developer to do that work so I'm sort of stuck using Fusion. Thank you again! Todd

Re: Help with Search Module limits - Workfront Fusion 2.0 24-01-2022
Andy, would you be able to go into more detail? I'm really new at this and having the same problem. I have almost no experience with API calls so I really don't understand what you're talking about. In our case we need all the user account records, even disabled accounts. This comes out to 3222 records as of today. Currently I'm using the WF Search going into a CSV module, and then into the SFTP module. I'm guessing I put the repeater between the WF Search and CSV? Thank you for any help you can...

Re: Has anyone used Fusion 2.0 to connect to SharePoint? If so, how are they using the connection? - Workfront Fusion 2.0 24-01-2022
Just like how WF uses ID's in the URL, SharePoint does the same thing. To see a list's ID (GUID), go into the list, select Settings> List Settings. In the URL you'll find the list ID - Example: ITG/ProjectManagement/Project%20Governance%20Wiki/InnotasSupport/_layouts/listedit.aspx?List=%7B27FC51A4-1311-47C6-B4D7-FC315E284F81%7D The bold text is the list ID for a list I have in SharePoint. We don't use SP online (365), but I believe that you can do what you're seeking to.

Re: Is there a Fusion working group or forum? I've found the online documentation for Fusion to be difficult at best. I would like to discuss with others how they accomplished functions in their Fusion scenarios. - Workfront 24-01-2022
Thank you so much Heather. It seems to be a trend to make support sites a bit confusing to locate what's needed. I greatly appreceate your pointing me in the right direction. I just joined so will be searching for answers and posting for help if I can't find them. Again thank you and have a great week. Todd

Really looking for more experienced Fusion users to glean knowledge off them so I can improve my skills and also help others as I improve. The documentation online simply doesn't click with my thinking. Also the online documentation would be much better if each function actually showed a real world usage.

Re: Auto Provisioning for only new users - Workfront 16-08-2021
I agree with Andrew Parsons. We use SSO but can only map name and federated ID. I would like to be able to set defaults for all other options, this includes if we have additional/custom data fields. We've created the list for the additional data, but of course just like the WF data, we can't default most fields to what we'd like them to be. This I find a major issue with an application that is accepting data entry. How can a field not be setup with a default?
