I took a look at the help guide it linked to and there's not really any mention of the new experience except for in the title. It's likely it was just mislinked, since a lot of the Help area is currently duplicated with similar articles based on Experience vs Classic. I would open a helpdesk ticket ...

Kyna: I used to open a helpdesk ticket to get errors corrected, since there is a Contact Support button at the bottom of each page. Is this still OK to do? -skye

I don't know if there is a shortcut but basically you'll need to go into the Billing Records tab of each project, and edit the billing record you find there, to set the Billing Status to Not Billed. We'd like to be able to attach dashboards to users and have them work in the following way.Create new wildcard for report filtering called $$VIEWEDUSER.ID. This wou...

  • oh, I see what you're asking. Without looking at your work too closely, i have to say that the one thing I took away from that class is this: Each rule needs both a leftmethod and lefttext line. Each rule needs a rightmethod and righttext line. The rightmethod line is always missing -- you always ha...

  • I think from previous discussions, you'll find that you're not able to apply conditional formatting to a valueexpression. The workaround could possibly be to put that valueexpression into a custom form field (calculated field), and then apply conditional formatting to that field. -skye
