can you share which report and filters you are using? I would have thought an hours report filtering on something would do the trick (the something either being when the hours were entered [entry date?] or the planned / actual completion date of the task or issue [those would probably get filtered i...

that's a tough one but I can't think of anything that would work aside from a report / custom form combination. For example, if you had a report detailing portfolios created in the past week, you'd at least be able to review them, and if you paired this with a portfolio custom form that only admins ...

well... not that I don't believe the support techs, but I just don't believe this is true. I'm looking at an entry date field in my report editor, and when I click on the Advanced options, it clearly gives me an option to show date and time. We personally don't need to show entry date times, so I ha...

thanks Kevin, and yes -- moving off the view will cause it to disappear so it's helpful to have workflows that involve switching back and forth between views. I only really have two concerns. 1) this won't permanently happen. If I do a /resetUser will it put the user back onto Standard view even tho...

Heather: I found that didn't work. On a layout template I actually removed the "standard" option in a View dropdown, however, anyone who was using the view when I applied the layout template to their account, still stayed on the view, unless I logged in as them and moved them to the new view. -skye

I haven't seen any documentation in the past two feature releases about this and there's nothing in the known issues section, plus, haven't really heard anyone commenting in Community although it's likely I missed some conversation. I would suggest submitting it to the helpdesk asking about whether ...

I wouldn't know how to do this without a calculated field. Personally I would just put a field on the task that indicates if something is late/not late (maybe use planned completion date < $$TODAY, if you're specifically charting all incomplete tasks and looking for which ones are late vs on time, s...

I think the only detail I would add is that this calendar is filtering on the task (or request?) category id field. This is how it looks in our version: Categories ID = name of your form Project Status Equates with = Active (only looking at requests that are in active projects) Issue Status = New / ...
