  • really the best bet would be to report on the project's entry date. At least it would give you the number of projects created at on any given day which you could aggregate to week, month, or year and YOY. -skye

  • I don't think you can email a project. The Outlook integration is the closest thing I can think of, where you update a project with a pre-received email. • thanks Vicky and Doug my workaround is to set up an excel spreadsheet to capture the info initially and then put the results of each capture into the description of the access level. There was probably a better way to handle this, but I tend to think in excel. The resulting spreadsheet lets me compa...

  • for us, "unregistered" users are users who were sent the automated workfront "welcome" email and then never used it to log in. (They are unregistered until they use that email link) After thirty days this email expires, and leaves the user as unregistered. The solution would be to not send out the e...

This includes What the different settings available for each license type are set to, including fine-tuned settings What we've allowed administrative access for Wh...

  • The access levels report doesn't give me enough info about the settings on each access level. "Field Access Privileges" is the most detailed field, and it's still not enough detail. Has anyone any successful workaround for this? -skye

  • hi Vikki, there's no trickiness, feel free to go in there and play around (in the sandbox, if you are not certain). Calculated fields are very much like excel calculations, so if you even have an excel wizard on staff, they could probably help you with the syntax from time to time. It can be done in...

  • by the way, it doesn't apply to workfront document approvals either. Just task, issue and project approvals. When you click on Delegate My Approvals, the fine print makes it quite clear. -skye
