I'm thinking that the API trick is limited to 99 entries. I removed the called text in the auditText version and it only offered me 99 entries, as well. Interestingly, when I copy the ID from those auditText results and search for it using the standard search function, it finds nothing. It does, ...
Very cool, Doug. I was thinking that it might not be a possibility. So noteText should include any instances where the url was directly entered as text in a note, and auditText would include instances where a url was added as a link to existing text? It partially worked for noteText, but did not, ...
We have a system update coming for our SalesForce database that is, apparently, going to change all of the urls within the site. We sometimes reference these urls in notes/updates in Workfront, and while I have created a simple report to find all of the straight urls we have added, it will not find...
You rock, as usual, Skye! The textmode option sure seems to work. Thank you very much! I'm well, if very busy, of late. I hope you and the rest of the crew are healthy and safe.
Hey, Skye. Sorry to jump back to something from 6 months ago, but is there a way, in a report, to differentiate between being shared on a project by inherited permissions and being shared directly/manually? My boss is looking for a list of projects that she was involved with, but her use of WF is ta...
Thanks so much, Doug. Your reply gave me an idea to try. So, the conflict seems to have been created by a calculated field in another custom form. I deleted the form, added the one I needed, and it worked. The deleted form was not necessary (in truth, I don't know why it was added in the first p...
I keep running up against the error "Invalid Parameter: conversion to type DTTM value "false"" when trying to enter the deliverable type from a drop down menu in a task custom form. I only get the error from the deliverable field, and only on that task. I can add the same custom form to other task...
Hi Kyna, This is a Workfront feature, not a browser feature. I was not sure of the correct name for it. Typeahead it is, apparently. The function still exists when entering custom forms data while converting or creating new projects or tasks. But when you want to add information to an existing cu...
I just migrated to New Experience and it seems that there is no autocomplete feature in custom form single line text fields when editing on the Project Details tab, though there is in Classic. I could not find anything about this in One. Is this a feature that is coming? Thanks.
