Have the team go to the settings gear on the left nav and turn on expanded tool set. We made a big deal about that in the last release and my teams love having all the options on the top. It isn't the default, but they learn real quick where that setting is. :)

Agree with this. In the mean time, my editorial team has found if you change the zoom, that does help for the single character issue. It is not ideal, but it is much better than trying a dozen times to get the comma highlighted. LOL! Also - don't forget to upvote your own idea. :)

We don't do timesheets in Workfront, but that sounds like a fantastic idea! Especially if you do resource contouring, you can see if the employee didn't get a chance to do all the hours you wanted them to do on the first few days. However, Brandon, don't forget to upvote your own idea. :)
