Hi Erich - I have been in talks with Product and allowing all object fields for type ahead fields is something on their roadmap. They are just wrapping things up with New Workfront Experience. So hopefully access to custom fields like you need or manager ID like I need will be coming later this year...

Would also love it that when someone enters the proof from Workfront (who isn't part of the workflow) and they get the New Proof email, that it has the custom message on it. Right now, they get the generic one and miss all the great info the project owner put in there.

Currently, there is a screenshot of the website when you do a comment/markup. To make sure that they have everything, the team would like to take the screenshot and then have multiple comments/markups on that one screenshot.

Sometimes Version 1 and Version 2 are not quite the same size. Would love to unlock the two versions, zoom in and adjust one of them, and then relock the proofs so I can do overlay and autocompare.

Found out that if someone just has a reviewer license and no proof license, they cannot save a default color for their markups like others can. That makes the need for something like department or functional group coloring more important.
