We got around this by using the terminology in layout templates to show issues as the more generic "Items", and then by adding a queue topic of "Action Register". Upvoted in any case :)

I only realised today that the thumbs up emoji () is missing from the emoji picker when writing updates on Workfront. I'm not sure if any other common emojis are missing but would be great to see them added!

Agreed. We use MS Teams/Slack for this, but you're right, it would make sense for Workfront to offer this ability for those who don't want to use other tools.
